FAQs
Laundry Etiquette
Ø Our laundromats are self-service, meaning they are un-staffed. We trust our customers to respect our machines and others using them.
Ø Whilst we do our best to clean and maintain our machines daily, ultimately you are responsible for checking inside the washer or drying before using to ensure that there are no foreign objects.
Ø We trust you to follow the care instructions of whatever you put in the washer and dryer.
Ø Our machines are not to be used for washing & drying pet beds and blankets.
Ø Our washers are programmed to dose detergent & softener at the correct time in the wash cycle. If you choose to add more detergents or softener to your wash please place this in the drum before you load your laundry.
Ø If you leave laundry unattended in the laundromat it is at your risk. If the laundry is left in the laundromat for more than 24 hours we have the right to dispose or donate it.
Ø If you are waiting for a machine and somebody else’s laundry is in there, you may carefully remove their washing and place it in a Tub.
Parking
Ø Off-street parking is available on Elizabeth Street or surrounding streets.
Ø The Tram is only metres away.
